"I wanted to play with a little color and some cables as soon as I saw the new Everyday Worsted. The stitch definition of this round and bouncy merino is just fantastic, but I also love the shades and could not decide on just one. So, a slightly shaped neckline and some deep cuffs allowed for a bit of color, and a cable panel at the front has both classic twists and some unexpected textural detail to it, for using that stitch definition! I kept the length short and went with deep armholes and a somewhat boxy fit. However, you can easily modify the silhouette as you prefer. Notes on doing so are given in the pattern.
Cadillac Marg is worked seamlessly in the round from the top down. The yoke is shaped along raglan seams and the neckline is shaped with short rows. Once the yoke is complete, sleeves are placed on holders and the body is worked in the round to the hem. Sleeves are resumed in the round once body is complete and worked to cuff." - Thea
